IMO you are connected to the wrong phone line on your modem. IMO you are connected to the wrong phone line on your modem.

I basically explained my problem and told him I thought I had "high open connections." He said, "Oh, right, your phone line." When I said that it was just the DSL, he replied "DSL is complicated".
